Located in North York, Project West Palm is a custom-designed contemporary residence defined by simple yet striking architectural forms.

The design embraces a restrained modern aesthetic, where clean lines and carefully considered proportions create a strong architectural presence.

One of the most significant planning decisions was to detach the garage from the main residence. This seemingly simple move allowed us to rethink the entire floor plan, creating a more efficient arrangement of interior spaces with minimal wasted area.

The resulting design maximizes natural light and provides a comfortable, functional environment for everyday living.

Project West Palm demonstrates how thoughtful architectural planning can elevate a home beyond its appearance, creating spaces that work beautifully while maintaining a distinctive contemporary identity.
