Nina Fant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia. With over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture, she brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to every project.
Through a deliberately small, boutique practice, Nina works directly with each client from concept through completion. Her process is collaborative and rigorous, balancing design clarity with technical precision to ensure each project is thoughtfully resolved at every scale - from overall form to the smallest detail.
Nina Fant Architect has completed projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and brings deep familiarity with Toronto neighbourhoods, including North York, Leaside, Lawrence Park, Rosedale, and Moore Park. This understanding of context, zoning and architectural character allows each project to respond thoughtfully to both its setting and community.
