Project Deloraine
A Contemporary Transformation | North Toronto

Originally built in the 1990s, this North Toronto residence was ready for a fresh perspective. Angled walls, dark rooms and dated architectural details made the home feel disconnected and confined.
The challenge was to create a more open, light-filled interior while preserving a sense of definition between spaces. After exploring several design options, we developed a thoughtful floor plan that strikes a balance between openness and intimacy, maintaining valuable wall space for the homeowners' art collection.
Clean architectural lines, a calming neutral palette and meticulously designed custom millwork bring a sense of quiet sophistication throughout the home. Expansive new glazing transforms the connection to the rear garden, flooding the interiors with natural light and framing beautiful views of the pool and landscaping.
Every detail was considered with both function and beauty in mind, creating a home that feels effortlessly elegant and comfortable.
Featured in Canadian Home Trends Magazine, this renovation continues to bring joy to its homeowners, who still share photographs and heartfelt messages of appreciation long after the project was completed.
